Job summary
- reviewing applications and delivering feedback

There is no line management responsibility in this role, but you will provide coaching and guidance to HR Adviser colleagues within the team as required and quality assure your colleagues’ work. So keen attention to detail and a positive team spirit are essential!
You will have the ability to plan your own workload and work on your own initiative. You will be confident and highly organised; able to direct others supporting you in the delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a passion for good customer service.

Technical skills
We'll assess you against these technical skills during the selection process:
- Experience of successfully coordinating work through periods of high volume and with competing priorities.
- Experience of delivering and improving administrative and transactional services.
- Effective verbal and written communicator, able to advise a range of stakeholders on policy and practice.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint and the ability to learn new programmes quickly.

Selection process details
The selection panel will assess your application based on the evidence you have provided against the essential criteria as set out in the person specification.
You will also be asked to provide information within the “Employer/Activity History” section of the application form. This information is equivalent to the information you would provide on a CV setting out your career history (this will be used in the sifting process).
Interview:
At the interview stage, you will be assessed on the listed behaviours and experience as set out in the person specification.
Assessment:
Candidates will be required to undertake an assessment. Further details will be provided to candidates on the day of the interviews.
Assessment and Interviews will take place on Thursday 23 March 2023 at Piccadilly Gate, Manchester.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
