We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to the role of HR Officer to join our busy team, based primarily at our Uxbridge Campus, on a fixed term contract until 29th March 2024.
You will provide effective administration support to the HR Advisors and HR Manager in relation to the employee lifecycle. You will give advice and guidance to managers and staff within the College, enabling them to implement HR policies successfully. You will assist the HR Advisor with casework in areas such as absence management, maternity/paternity leave and capability/disciplinary issues, as well as supporting in other areas such as recruitment, training and processing payroll changes. You will also maintain accurate records using the HR information system (itrent) and produce reports.
Educated to a good standard, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role ideally gained within a busy HR department and have good working knowledge of IT systems and packages. You will be well-organised and flexible, with a positive approach to your work and excellent communication and customer service skills.
