About you
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience gained in a similar role and professional environment, with a good level of education Minimum of A-level. Must have a positive, can-do attitude with dynamic approach and ability to use own initiative.
The successful candidate will ideally have good communication skills, both written and oral along with a professional demeanour and presentation. Be enthusiastic, motivated and able to meet deadlines and targets when required.
Well organised and able to multi-task, work well under pressure and have a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads. Have a clear understanding of our business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff to meet these objectives.
- promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
- Advertising vacancies on job boards, relevant media platforms and with external recruiters.
- Building local job position awareness via social media with regular posts.
- recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- make sure that prospective staff have the right to work at the organisation
- develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- review and update Staff Handbooks
- review and update internal Recruitment policies annually
- liaise with Finance Manager regarding advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
- Support the Registered Manager when dealing with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
- develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Participation in maintaining our Investors In People Standards and ISO9001.
- Ordering and stock maintenance.
- Ensure staff are booked onto training, update training, induction prior to commencement of employment.
- Monitoring staff holiday arrangements, ensuring adequate cover to meet the business needs.
- Arrange training and development programs
- Collating information and preparing reports for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
