We have an exciting opportunity for an organised & effective HR MIS Administrator to join our small HR Systems Team, working closely with the wider HR team to deliver support across the organisation. This role is part-time working 25 hours per week and is home-based with occasional travel to our Preston Office.

About the Role:
This role is home-based with occasional travel to our Preston Office. Ideally you will work 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday but this can be discussed at interview.
As a HR MIS Administrator you will be an integral part of our People Services- HR team that delivers a first-class service across the full range of HR activities to our national operational teams. You will be:
- Assisting with the administration of our HR Systems, enabling accounts, approving requests & updating records.
- The first point of contact for system related enquiries such as access issues.
- Completing system audits to ensure user accounts are kept up to date.
- Supporting with the production of regular data & reports.
You will need:
- To be highly organised, able manage a large workload within tight timescales & work using your own initiative.
- Good administrative & IT skills, including Microsoft Office in particular Excel, experience using HR Management Systems is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach.
- To be able to follow & demonstrate processes.
