We’re hiring HR and Marketing Interns.
If you are at university doing a Human Resources or Marketing Degree or undertaking further studies, read further.
Sharper Labs HR and Legal Consultancy are offering work experience within their HR & Marketing Departments, to students who are doing undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
Applications from interested candidates are welcome who are looking for a summer internship during 2023.
We will ensure that you are allocated a supervisor who will set achievable objectives and will work with you throughout your internship program.
This would be key to achieving great work experience and you will be able to enhance additional skills needed to land a suitable job role in the future.
Responsibilities
· Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
· Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
· Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/feedback.
· Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
· Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
· Assist in the organising of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
· Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
· Compose and post online content on social media accounts.
· Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
· Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Requirements
· You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Business or Human Resources.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Confidence, creativity, and initiative to put forward new ideas.
· Attention to detail.
· Have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
· Ability to analyse data and keep to the deadline.

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
