Our client is an industry leader in immersive technology with a growing clientele base. As they expand, the emphasis on their human capital remains paramount. In line with this, they are searching for a proficient standalone HR Manager to streamline and enhance their HR functions.
Role Overview:
Monday - Friday - Hybrid / Flexible
The HR Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will assume global responsibilities. They seek a candidate with substantial HR experience, especially in companies with a rapid growth profile.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment processes, lead interviewing initiatives, and establish a robust approval system for new hires. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Learning & Development: Develop and implement training programs based on departmental needs and ensure employees timely completion of training modules.
Performance & Compensation Management: Liaise regularly with managers to ensure employee well-being, provide HR guidance across teams, oversee appraisals and performance reviews, and design and manage remuneration structures, considering regional differences.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment regulations globally, manage wellness programs, including leave and health benefits, consult with external experts for payroll and legal matters when required, and update organisational documentation regularly.
Global Operations & Governance: Assist in registering new global offices, evaluate and decide on office locations based on strategic needs, manage contracts and agreements related to office spaces, ensure all offices are adequately equipped for operations, and uphold corporate governance standards, coordinating with the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
