An interesting an exciting opportunity has become available within a financial services organisation, who have teamed up with NET Recruit to search for an experienced and outstanding part-time HR Manager to join the team in the Greater London area. This business has a drive and mission to focus on the sustainable future of money and cash across the UK going into the next few years and its dedicated team of hard working professionals pride themselves on going the extra mile to ensure the right decisions are made for consumers, both individuals and businesses.
This role has opened up at a time when the business is looking to ensure its own stability and as such a searching for their next HR Manager to come onboard and provide a well-rounded service and overseeing the entire function. As a business, it will require ongoing support across a number of responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations and even policies and procedures and therefore the business is searching for a diligent HR professional with Generalist experience across the board, who is happy to work within a part-time role.

What you will need to Apply:
To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess strong experience managing a HR function and have a good solid background as a HR Generalist or equivalent. Additionally, the individual core competencies that the business is looking for to cover this role, is good stakeholder management, employee relations and HR processes experience as well. You should be a competent communicator and be approachable to handle queries. A strong aptitude for IT systems and packages would be highly beneficial. Possessing a CIPD Level 5 or above would also strengthen an application.

The business is offering a good package for this role, including a starting salary of up to £80,000 which is PRO RATA for this part time position. Additionally, there will be other benefits and incentives included in this package, which will likely take the form of a strong holiday allowance, pension contribution and other monetary rewards.

You Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Becoming the main point of contact for the HR function within the business
- Taking a lead role in the recruitment and onboarding process alongside internal managers and recruitment agencies
- Supporting leaders and managers to conduct routine check in meetings
- Being knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations and ensuring that the company policies and procedures are updated and comply
- Overseeing the benefits, rewards and pension schemes, liaising with third party providers when needed to ensure employee information is managed
- Organise appropriate training with team leaders, via outside providers when required, and analyse where this training is needed throughout the company
- Handling formal grievances and the disciplinary process for the business when it is needed
- Routinely reviewing the pay structure of the business, making adjustments as and when needed
