Overview
HR Manager sought by fast-growing fragrance/ perfume business based in Buckinghamshire.
This is a new role with a company that is truly a remarkable success story.
After 5 years of tremendous growth they are now looking for a an HR Manager to look after their HR Systems, ER and recruitment.

Experience of being a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager in a fast-paced commercial business.
This is is a generalist role so you must be confident in all areas of HR.
This is also the most senior HR role in the business , so you must be able to act autonomously and be confident in yourself.
You should also be:
- Ideally CIPD qualified but will consider candidates qualified by experience
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Highly knowledgeable of HR practices
- Strong MS skills
- Full responsibility for the HR employee life cycle
- Participate in and influence the strategic planning process supporting HR planning activities such as role evaluation, talent attraction, development and retention
- Responsible for on-boarding processes, induction and exit interviews
- Identify and actively manage ER related issues, advising the business on steps to take to mitigate any risk
- Provide generalist advice to employees in all aspects of their employment
- Ensure probations and annual reviews are conducted and monitored in a timely fashion
- Resource planning – provide advice and support to managers in workforce planning
- Recruitment and selection including writing job specifications, liaising with any external parties, arranging and conducting interviews
- Creation of employee documents including offer letters and contracts etc.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date in line with Employment Law changes and best practice
- Review and advise on compensation and benefits in line with external peer market data
- Responsible for L&D and training needs analysis
- Ensure the BrightHR system is maintained and up to date with all employee details
- Monthly capturing of any payroll changes in relation to new joiners, leavers, salary changes etc.
