As our HR Manager, you will:

Own HR Function:

Take the reins of our HR function and lead with enthusiasm. Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company goals.
Promote professional growth and development by designing training programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Employee Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.

Compliance: Keep us on the right side of the law by overseeing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


Qualifications:

CIPD Qualified

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and employment legislation.

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
