Job description
Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary HR Manager to work in Hertford. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £35.00 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company). The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- As HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our HR related activities, ensuring the delivery of an effective and comprehensive service.
- Managing the HR Team, you’ll oversee administration, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and organisational interventions for the council.
- Developing and supporting your teams, you’ll manage the implementation of appropriate HR support, policies and procedures and ensure project and case work is carried out to the highest possible standards.
- You’ll establish a compelling employer brand, delivering digital streamlined recruitment processes to provide the best possible experience for applicants and managers.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: A full CIPD qualification.
- Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.
- Hours: 37 hours p/w.
