Reboot is an award winning SEO and Digital Marketing Agency looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager.
You should have at least 3 years experience in managing the day to day recruitment, HR/ employee queries, onboarding and staff reviews.
Required Skills:
- CIPD - Min Level 7
· creating/maintaining employee records
· prepare, review and amend HR documents, employee contracts, NDA’s
· First point of contact for employees on HR matters
· Assist with annual reviews, probation reviews, warnings and disciplinary meetings
· Payroll, equipment & expense queries
· Understand confidentiality and data protection
· Assist with recruitment, onboarding and inductions
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent writing and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and be proactive
