Job description
Plan, direct, or coordinate human resource activities and staff of DeSimone prroperties, including Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino and The Pass Casino. The position will oversee recruting in interveiwing and hiring of new staff. This position will consult with the executive team on stratagic planning and serves as a link between management and employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- At least 2 years of equivalent employee engagement/communications experience.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in hospitality.
- Experience with ADP Workforcenow.
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Previous experience working in a similar setting.
