Purpose of the Job:
Overall responsibility for all recruitment activities across the business including permanent roles and sub-contractor/zero hour roles.
As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the People Department, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while effectively managing multiple requisitions.
Please note that the ideal candidate will be required to travel nationally as part of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
· Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, job fairs and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
· Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods to ensure the best fit for the organisation.
· Coordinate and manage interview schedules, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and generate recruitment reports for management review. Maintain accurate talent acquisition-related data and information in an applicant tracking system
· Effective line management of the Recruitment Team with support and development.
· In line with the Executive Leadership Team, creating a recruitment strategy.
· Meeting recruitment KPI targets.
· Working with the Brand/Marketing department to forward think of innovative ways to attract talent.
Skills / Experience:
· At least 5 years recruitment experience, desirable within an education setting.
· Experience of high volume recruiting especially sub-contractors and fixed term staff.
· Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies.
· Previous experience management a recruitment team would be desirable.
· Knowledge of using ATS and good technical IT skills.
· Educated to at least GCSE including maths and English.
· Excellent communication skills.
· A pro-active attitude.
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
· Full UK driving licence and access to a car as travel will be requited for this role.
