HR Manager
A fantastic, versatile and forward thinking HR Manager is required where they will be contributing to, supporting and growing an amazing team based in the Bristol area on a part time basis.

As a HR Manager, you will look after all aspects from recruitment and training to policy reviews and general HR admin. You will be expected to implement HR processes with efficiency, while ensuring employment regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures and legislations are all in place. Your open and honest approach will be an active representation of the company values, setting and reinforcing the standard for positive behaviours at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Support the managers with the growth process as we expand and grow ie candidate sourcing, interviews etc
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and carry out UK Right to Work checks
- Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, terminations, and other employment-related changes.
- Define and ensure the smooth execution of our onboarding process for all new hires.
- Promote effective people management practices, including productive 1-1s, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines as required, and promote consistency and fairness in their application - ensuring all required legislation is adhered to.
- Provide support to the Finance team around Payroll related processes.
- Provide regular advice and guidance to the senior team members on strategic people management, performance and development issues.
- Take the lead of the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Organise employee events and activities to encourage a positive and engaging work environment.
Requirements
- 3 year's experience in a leadership position within HR.
- Experience in fast-growing companies.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- People management skills including interpersonal sensitivity, leadership and relationship-building.
- Experience with designing and implementing new procedures.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
This is a part time, permanent position of 20 hours per week. We are flexible on how these hours are worked however, we do ask that you are able to work from our Bristol office a minimum of 3 days per week.
