Job description
The Human Resources Manager will provide a broad range of HR support in support of university objectives and human resource initiatives. Perform diverse assignments including benefit management, recruiting and staffing, compensation, HRIS management, leave administration, compliance reporting, performance management, training and development, records management, safety, wellness, AA/EEO compliance, diversity, talent management, and other special projects as assigned. Provide superior, high quality customer service to all internal/external constituents. Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines, and federal, state and local employment laws.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business, or related field
Experience:
- Five years’ experience in human resources preferably in benefits and/or HRIS systems.
- Experience in the full scope of human resources activities.
