Responsibilities:
- Recruit employees
- Monitor the salary budget
- Keep company-wide personnel records up to date
- Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures
- Provide assistance and advise to managers on issues related to employee relations
- Facilitate the development of employee's strengths in accordance with the organization's expectations

Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £50,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
