Job description

Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking a Part-Time HR Manager on behalf of our internationally recognised but SME client based in Epsom. We are seeking candidates who are CIPD Level 3 minimum qualified, with all round HR Management exposure, and looking for part-time. Hours can be between 25-30 per-week with flexibility as to how this is worked. WFH can be considered up to 1 day per week, but they are based within walking distance of the town centre. Youll be responsible for staff across 3 sites in Epsom and overseas.

This is an exciting, generalist, stand alone role looking after circa 30 employees, therefore this role would suit someone with previous experience as a HR Manager / HR Business Partner with HR generalist experience within an SME environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law at all times
  • Assisting with the compliance of German employment law
  • Management of the full recruitment process from advertising to appointment, including, recruitment strategy, managing agency spend, arranging and conducting interviews 1st stage interviews, arranging second interviews, organising assessments, etc
  • Organising staff training courses and associated logistical arrangements
  • Implementing internal training courses to share knowledge in the business
  • Managing and implementing policy documents
  • Employee Relations
  • Coaching line managers in best practice behaviours to drive positive culture
  • Administration of benefits and wellbeing solutions
  • Organising staff social events

Experience required:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified L3 or above (or working towards)
  • Self-starter
  • Good in-depth employee relations knowledge and experience
  • Must have experience of working within a changing environment and be able to demonstrate project involvement
  • Must be able to prove experience of recruitment processes
  • Up to date with legislation
