We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Manager (TUPE Specialist) to join our mobilisation and transition team.

As HR Manager (TUPE Specialist), you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our managers through all aspects related to TUPE. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in ensuring smooth transitions and successful integrations during these critical phases of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent advice and recommendations in relation to a wide range of employee relations cases and change management including TUPE
  • Support and guide managers in investigations and hearings in grievance and disciplinary matters
  • Attend on site meetings and drive engagement
  • Contribute to the delivery of best people management practice, particularly in equal opportunity and cultural diversity

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience supporting complex cases
  • Worked with large scale restructures-TUPE, redundancies
  • Experience of employment tribunals
  • Worked in Unionised environments and experience dealing with escalations
  • Desirable experience supporting with projects- talent management strategy, succession planning, process improvement
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent would be advantageous but not essential
