Role overview:
This is a part-time role for 3 days per week. We support flexible working but not a fully remote post owing to the value of face-to-face HR interactions.
As the HR Manager you will be working in a stand-alone capacity in the UK, reporting directly to the Head of HR for our company group. A senior UK-based HR consultant is on hand for external support but day to day there will be plenty of autonomy, responsibility, and growth available.
Responsibilities include:
- You are the first point of contact for all HR and HR-related queries.
- Training and guiding our management team in HR matters.
- Maintaining our HR filing system.
- Managing the employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, induction to exit and leaver processes.
- Provide advice, guidance and support on all HR matters for employees and senior managers.
- Manage payroll, pension and benefit schemes across the group.
- Help implement performance management tools for employees to enable employee and manager assessment on an annual basis.
- Collaborate with other teams, including colleagues in France to ensure a one-company collaborative mentality.
Who we are looking for:
- An experienced and preferably CIPD qualified HR professional
- You will have worked in this position and encountered numerous HR scenarios
- You will have had exposure to internal stakeholders across the breadth of a typical management structure
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative ability
- Knowledge of relevant employment law would be beneficial
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload is an absolute must

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
