Job description
A global real estate developer and management company is looking for their inaugural Human Resources Manager.
In this newly-created role, youll build out and oversee the HR function as it relates to talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, the design and execution of policies and procedures, performance management, succession planning and more. As a high-visibility and role, youll partner with the executive leadership team to support business strategy from a human capital perspective while promoting a culture of inclusive excellence. Youll be given the autonomy to build, create and make a direct and immediate impact.
Please note that the role operates on-site 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-10 years of HR Generalist experience from a small to mid-sized firm; preference to have 1-2 years of managerial/staff oversight in anticipation of team growth
- Experience building an HR function from the ground up is ideal
- Must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week
