Concessions HR Manager
In this exciting role for the HR team, you will act as the Manager for the Concessions HR Team, leading both the Resourcing and HR roles within the team to deliver a high quality, compliant and effective service for all Concessions.
About the role
The Concessions HR Manager will take responsibility for the end to end life cycle of a Concession Partnership in Harrods from a HR perspective, whilst developing strong relationships with all Brands acting as a trusted leader.
You will be the Subject Matter in the execution of Concession processes across the HR life cycle. In this role, you will establish ways of working within the Concessions team to ensure all roles work in partnership to offer a seamless service that is easy to navigate for all stakeholders, whilst ensuring there are clear communication channels in place for Concessions, so they know how to ask HR for help and support, and how to navigate processes.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that the Resourcing Strategy for Concessions is implemented and executed effectively in the team according to the design and thought leadership from the Head of Resourcing, but with specific focus on the timeliness and quality of candidate. You will also lead the resourcing service for Concessions, ensuring that all SLA’s and KPI’s are met as agreed, and that there is accurate MI and Reporting on all Resourcing activity.
About you
We are looking for someone with strong experience of People Management with the ability to drive SLA’s and KPI’s, empowering a high performing team. You will be process driven with experience effectively planning managing a high volume of work accurately and to deadline, with the ability to organise large sets of data.
You will have experience of HR systems to drive data compliance and strong administration and knowledge and experience of Resourcing and HR Shared Services processes. Finally, you will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop good collaborative relationships with HR and key business stakeholders.
