DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role
We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Growing HR Team. As the HR Advisor you will provide the HR support for Ignition Technology on a global scale, and offer partial support to Exclusive Networks UK.
You will advise and coach managers on best practice, particularly in relation to employment law, performance management, and talent and succession planning. Carrying out day to day HR operations, covering areas such as employment, training, policies and procedures, benefits and recruitment and some of the administrative function of the Human Resources department.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will:
- Maintain employees electronic files.
- Work at a strategic level with the EXN HR Manager and the Ignition Technology senior leadership team to ensure the HR roadmap is followed and aligned to local business objectives.
- Work with local managers and the Country Manager on talent and succession planning, performance management, job levelling, annual compensation review and training.
- Working with the Head of Finance, to manage budgets for training and people costs
- Work with the global HR team on HR projects from time to time
- Provide HR reports from the HRIS and HR Dashboards when required.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide managers with constructive feedback.
- Carryout inductions for new starters with training on HRIS and the internal intranet.
- Provide accurate information to the Payroll Officer regarding salary, benefits, bonuses etc.
- Further imbed the use of PeopleHR (HRIS System) at Ignition Technology and provide systems support and training where needed.
- Complete and create spreadsheets in relation to HR metrics and data
- Analyse various reports and business data in relation to the HR function to support proactive approaches.
- Assisting the HR Manager and EMEA HR Director with data for monthly Exec and EMEA meeting presentations.
- Be happy to work between both our Farnborough and Alton, Hampshire Offices
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you
The ideal Senior HR Advisor, will:
- Have experience Providing HR support for the full employee life cycle from induction and onboarding to the leaver process.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a HR Business Partnering role
- Be CIPD qualification.
- Have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Have excellent active listening and problem solving skills
- Have experience working with a variety of senior level stake holders
- Be a proactive team player with excellent Facilitation and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate).
- Knowledge of HR software.
