BramahHR are recruiting for a HR Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organisational requirements and applicable legislation. This role supports the organisation's goal of creating a high-performing culture and shaping it for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and documentation to ensure compliance and support organisational objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions, person specifications, and compelling advertisements.
- Provide HR coaching and support to managers and staff on various HR matters.
- Lead employee relations issues, exercising judgement and initiative to resolve conflicts and grievances.
- Stay updated on employment law to ensure compliance and update HR practices accordingly.
- Collaborate with the HR Assistant to deliver internal training and workshops.
- Oversee the staff exit process, collect feedback, and analyse it for improvement opportunities.
- Utilize HR systems effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Manage employee surveys and provide feedback to the organisation.
- Support the People Planning process by monitoring employee development and talent management plans.
- Lead strategic initiatives, such as the Employee Well-being Programme, to enhance staff well-being and retention.
- Ensure Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles are embedded in HR practices.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate payroll updates and pension auto-enrolment compliance.
- Produce monthly HR KPI reports and provide workforce information to the HR Director.
- Review internal processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the HR Director on ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, providing advice and solutions.

Salary: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
