General Summary and Purpose:
The HR Manager is a core team member of the Human Resources Department. This position works with the Chief Human Resources Office and the HR Team as a proactive and insight-driven partner to business leaders to guide the organization and all team members in excellence. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: data analyzation, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and improvement, talent acquisition, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
This position is based in our Bothell, WA office and will be required to be on-site with hybrid schedule potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as primary HR contact and Business Partner for assigned business unit(s) and leaders.
- Manage HR and Admin support staff.
- Maintains a highly visible presence on-site; may travel to field locations as needed to offer HR support, assistance,
training, etc. - Active participant in the recruiting process across client groups
- Provides expertise and guidance in several aspects of the employment cycle by coaching the HR team and business
leadership on workforce management and talent needs, interviewing and selection of talent, onboarding and
training plans, employee relations, performance management, employee retention and voluntary attrition reduction
strategies. - Analyzes HR data and proposes improvements for development, implementation, and administration of Companywide policies and procedures and HR programs and ensures consistent application across the organization.
- Leads international employment efforts by working with third party employment companies and recruitment
agencies to ensure a streamlined process for all overseas team members. - Partners with Chief Human Resources Officer and HR team to engage the correct internal HR resource for the
business requirement to ensure seamless HR support. - Develops and maintains a positive, productive relationship with leadership team(s).
- Drives process and efficiency improvement across all functions of the HR department.
- Develops and implements training programs related to HR programs, support and leverage training and development
platforms. - Brainstorms and carries forth potential initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Participates on project teams and/or works independently on a variety of projects including the development of new
incentives, programs, performance management, succession planning, and training. - Develops programs to ensure that we are creating an environment that engages all employees, respects diversity,
rewards excellence, and is compliant with all applicable labor laws. - Conducts investigations and addresses employee relations issues in collaboration with the Global VP of HR.
- Collaborate with Payroll as needed on team member changes or new hires.
- Maintains HR system and employee records for designated sites. Ensures compliance of records.
- Responsible for hiring and performance of HR team members to support team member growth and development.

Job Requirements:
- Experience with recruiting, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Strong experience coaching managers to develop management skills and build strong HR partnerships.
- Ability to work in harmony with various levels of management.
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to work in fast moving environment.
- Experience leading the work of others
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience leading the work of others, may have direct supervisory experience.

- Must maintain confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficient with MS Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SharePoint experience a plus.
- Experience working in HRIS systems is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Travel is required.
- Position is on-site with potential for a hybrid work schedule.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, or work experience equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience handling high volume and complex HR activities with increasing
independence. Education/degree may substitute for experience. - 2 years supervisor experience.

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is $102,000 – $164,000 yr. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, location, and market competitive benchmarks. Individual pay within a level is determined by work location, job related skills, experience, education, and training.
