Atlantic Data is a prominent provider of online software solutions designed to simplify essential HR and vetting procedures. Our specialisation lies in offering market-leading services for online criminal record checks in the UK.
As we prepare to launch three exciting and innovative opportunities, we are seeking a talented and adaptable HR Manager to enrich our HR function. This position is based in Milton Keynes.
Our HR Manager
As the HR Manager, you will have a crucial role in shaping and implementing our human resource processes and initiatives. This includes managing policy implementation, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. You will take full ownership of our recruitment function and ensure that we have enough skilled and trained resources to meet business requirements. Moreover, you will oversee new employee orientations and facilitate staff training programs. Your responsibilities will also include recording leaves and providing the payroll department with updates regarding payroll adjustments such as new hires, resignations, and salary changes.
In addition, you will support the senior leadership team by providing HR insights and recommendations to improve our people practices. Keeping abreast of UK laws and regulations, you will ensure that we are in compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and data protection requirements.
The successful candidate
As a seasoned Human Resources specialist, you possess over five years of expertise in HR generalist roles, with a minimum of two years in a leadership position. Your exceptional interpersonal abilities make you an enthusiastic collaborator and a people-person. You maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
Your outstanding communication skills are demonstrated in both written and verbal formats. Your passion for IT is reflected in your practical experience with HR tools and systems. Ideally, you hold a degree and a CIPD or similar certification.
