Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior HR Advisor to join their team. As the Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, as well as supporting and directing managers on HR-related matters. This is a key position within the organisation, and your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for managers regarding employee relations matters, providing advice and guidance in line with company policies and employment legislation.
Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and implementing appropriate solutions to maintain positive employee relations.
Support managers in handling performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and other sensitive employee-related matters.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring consistent and fair application across the organisation.
Play an active role in the recruitment and selection processes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary changes to policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs to enhance managers' understanding of HR processes and practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a focus on employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex HR issues effectively.
Proven experience in providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR matters.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
