Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior HR Advisor to join their team. As the Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, as well as supporting and directing managers on HR-related matters. This is a key position within the organisation, and your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior HR Advisor to join their team. As the Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, as well as supporting and directing managers on HR-related matters. This is a key position within the organisation, and your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers regarding employee relations matters, providing advice and guidance in line with company policies and employment legislation.
- Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and implementing appropriate solutions to maintain positive employee relations.
- Support managers in handling performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and other sensitive employee-related matters.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring consistent and fair application across the organisation.
- Play an active role in the recruitment and selection processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary changes to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs to enhance managers' understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex HR issues effectively.
- Proven experience in providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR matters.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
