HR Manager- The role
In this dynamic role, you will be key to creating and nurturing what it means to be part of our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on HR manager to be at the heart of a business during a period of transformational change.

What you’ll be doing
You will be our people champion, working across our head office and warehouse facility, supporting every aspect of a team members’ journey. You will embody the 7 North brand and spirit while advocating our core values and leading by example for our team. You’ll feel confident in recommending new policy and procedures that will further enhance our people strategy and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Managing Directors, your key responsibilities will be:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration and harmonisation of the business’ brand change
- Champion and implement our team wellbeing and engagement strategy
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Drive cyclical, regular activities including performance, talent, and remuneration reviews
- Provide professional and accurate generalist HR advice and coach managers
- Manage all HR administration
What We’re Looking for – (Essential Requirements)
- Extensive generalist HR experience including creating people policies and procedures
- Experience managing, and reporting on payroll systems
- An ability to think strategically while also focusing on detail and execution
- A people-focused leader who can confidently build collaborative teams across all levels
- A pragmatic attitude with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
- A proactive self-motivator, you must be passionate about delivering a high-quality service and experience
