Subsea7 are looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our team in the Sutton Office on a 12months fixed term contract.
The HR Intern will join a team tasked with delivering a comprehensive HR programme in our London office as part of the Global Projects Centre & Asia Pacific (GPC&AP) Europe HR Business Partnering team and will have a particular focus on Learning & Development activity.
What will you be doing?
- Delivery of the local office training programme under supervision of GPC & AP L&D Specialist & the UK HR Resource centre L&D support.
- Delivery of the local office Lunch & Learn programme.
- Ownership of our annual programme of events with regard local schools’ engagement (work placement programme, attendance at or hosting in 40BR schools’ events)
- Sutton office point of contact for SMART Award process & administration
- Support to other regional initiatives such as Conversion programme, D&I initiatives, and roll out of 7Ally programme.

- Candidates who are currently studying or recently completed an Undergraduate Degree or master’s degree in human resources will be given preference.
- Professional membership preferred (e.g., Student member of CIPD or equivalent)
- Fluent English Essential, understanding of basic French would be desirable but not required.
- Understanding of Human Resources Information Systems particularly SAP & Cornerstone
- Pro-active in approach and highly visible to key business stakeholders
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable with producing work of a shareable standard which is accurate, articulate, and with an emphasis on attention to detail.
