InterContinental London Park Lane has a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Human Resources Intern on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As the HR Intern you will play an integral part within the HR team, ensuring smooth running for the HR Department by assisting on a regular basis with the administration and operational procedures within the HR function. You will be an ambassador of wellbeing, engagement, and DE&I. whilst ensuring effective communication with team members and mangers and actively promoting the use of colleague benefits. You will be expected to support the HR Manager with orientation and support the performance and Quality Manger with administration. As our HR Intern you will also be supporting the managers with HR systems and employee on-boarding, Scheduling interviews for Team Member roles, managing the schedule of the interview room and learning zone, along with the administration of the HR department.

- 40 Hours a week working over 5 days (this may include some weekend work) 12 months fixed term contract

The ideal candidate for this role will:

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have a discrete manner in dealing with highly confidential information, you will have excellent administration and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate your skills when utilising Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
