Job Type: Fixed-term (6 month Graduate Internship)
Salary: £20,669 - £21,318 (Subject to change following national review)
Location: Batley (Role includes virtual and remote working practices)

About Us:

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working graduate to gain experience with our Human Resources (HR) department for six months.
About the Role:
We are looking for a recent graduate to support our HR department with the development of systems and processes which enable the accurate delivery of recruitment, onboarding and workforce activities.
The HR Graduate Intern will spend time working across all three teams within the HR department which includes:
- HR Advisory: Provide guidance on organisational policies and procedures, employee relations, including grievances, misconduct, performance management and sickness absence, and organisational change projects.
- HR Services: Respond to general HR enquiries, including queries relating to DBS checks, expenses, payroll, pensions and timesheets.
- Recruitment: Support services with their recruitment activities, including vacancy requisitions and advertisements, pre-employment checks for substantive, bank and agency colleagues, contracts and onboarding.
