The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. What does this role involve?
- Lead all HR activity on site
- Review, assess and implement HR policies and procedures as necessary
- Take responsibility for Employee Relations
- Coach and support managers across the business to lead teams effectively
- Deliver Training and Development programs and initiatives
- Recruitment responsibilities, future proofing and talent attraction strategy
- Generalist HR activity

What do we need from you?
- True Generalist experience – Self Starter with ability to work autonomously from filing up to strategic decision making
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industry
- Preferred CIPD Qualified – Level 3
- Comprehensive employment legislation knowledge
- Experienced in designing & updating HR policies and programmes
- Experience and confidence in delivering training programmes
- Stakeholder management skills
