Job description
This role requires a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with two years experience working at HR Advisor level.
Role offers 3 days days working from home and 2 based in the office.
Proven experience of providing HR Advice to Managers regarding maternity, paternity, absence management, formal warnings, being involved in full process from warning to meeting.
Provide HR Advice during investigations regarding capability and disciplinaries -
Employee relations
Investigations
Appeals
Sickness and absence Investigations
You will be working closely with people across the organisation to provide accurate and timely HR advice on policy, procedure and best practice on a broad range of HR matters. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, sickness absence and contract matters.
To be successful, you will need to be a confident and positive person with an excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels in person, by e-mail or by phone. Your knowledge of legislation and best practice will be supported by CIPD qualification. You will be familiar with HR systems, and proactive in suggesting efficient ways of working.
You will need to have a flexible approach and strong attention to detail is essential to succeed in this position. You will have excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and must be able to take detailed notes/minutes.

Salary: £33,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
