Working for your organisation The successful applicant will be home based and will report to the Human Resources Business Partner. You will be required on occasions to travel to our stations across the East Midlands providing support and will also be expected to be flexible as you will be operating in a fast paced environment. If you are applying for this role, you will: Currently be an HR practitioner who has a track record of excellence. Have demonstrable evidence of strong employee relations experience.
Have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. Be someone who maintains positive working relationships with Trade Union colleagues. Be someone who naturally looks to make improvements to working practices. Be able to use initiative, meet challenging deadlines and manage competing priorities.
