HR Advisor (Recruitment) Maternity Cover

Salary £27,750 - £34,500 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
This is a maternity cover contract expected to last for 12 months, this may be shorter or longer depending when the absent employee returns to work.
We are seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Advisor who will deliver efficient, effective, customer-focussed advice and support. In this demanding and fast paced role, you’ll manage multiple vacancies throughout the recruitment process in its entirety. You’ll be prepared to go the extra mile to deliver a great candidate experience. The main focus will be recruitment but there will be opportunities to gain experience across the HR spectrum.
What you will need to succeed:
You will have a degree or a CIPD qualification (or relevant equivalent experience) and have worked in a recruitment or HR administration/advisor role. A team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload effectively. Ability to use your know-how to solve problems and take responsibility for providing timely and customer focussed response are essential. Experience of visa processing would also be beneficial. If you can combine strong customer care with sound literacy, accuracy, numeracy and computer skills we’d like to hear from you.
