Job description
At CAES, our people come together to make products that deliver beyond expectations.
- Work directly with HR colleagues to identify and implement an HRIS/Learning Management System as it relates to the manufacturing industry and assist with the creation and delivery of such system
- Support Learning Management System administration and align available courses with business needs (may include drafting communications, revising or creating training materials and other resources, and determining ways to continuously improve existing processes and programs)
- Work on other projects with a team of seasoned HR Business Partners
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or Data Analyics
- Completion of one or two classes in Human Resources, Organizational Design or Learning
- Results-oriented, operational mindset with passion in project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3+ years of PC software experience including Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Human Resources, Organizational Development/Design, Talent Management or Communications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment
