JOB PURPOSE:
To deliver and develop HR management information and data management services, Reward implementations, SAP organisational management and other systems administration processes in a timely and efficient manner in order to provide high quality support to all our customers. To assist in the development, management, work planning and support of members of the team as directed by the HR Data, Systems & Reporting Manager.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Proactively manage customer expectations.
- To provide and take a lead in the development of a range of regular HR management information services in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and ensuring delivery within service level agreements.
- To interpret and refine customer requirements in order to provide clear and concise HR and payroll ad hoc reporting in a courteous, timely, accurate and efficient manner and in line with service level agreements.
- To process and take a lead in the development of organisational management administrative services in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and ensuring delivery within service level agreements.
- Process and develop other system administrative services supported by the team in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Complete data management processes including data the running of bulk data loads and data quality monitoring.
- To ensure all processes are handled in compliance with company policy, internal controls and data protection legislation.
- Identify opportunities through which to deliver process efficiency and develop business proposals through which to communicate and deliver the change.
- Represent the team on HR projects as required.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREINCE:
Evidence of consistently delivering excellent customer service
Evidence of continuously improving services and own level of performance
Knowledge of the employee life cycle and associated HR processes
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas and power query
HR SAP system and data model knowledge and experience
Awareness of current data protection legislation and it’s impact on both the team’s services and broader implications
Good all round IT skills including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Share Point and Power Point
Demonstrates the ability to communicate to all levels and explain complicated information clearly both verbally and in writing, interacts with confidence.
Ability to tackle challenging issues and breaks them down logically.
Thinks ahead, anticipates and pre-empts changing requirements.
Demonstrate an interest in self-development and the ability to maximise learning opportunities
Health & Safety Responsibilities
Managers and supervisors carry both legal and company responsibilities for ensuring the health and safety of their employees, those under their control and those who might be affected by the work undertaken, i.e. public, visitors and employees of other organisations.
