This is a full time working 39 hours a week (Monday to Friday). As a HR Data Analyst, this opportunity is able to offer home working with the successful candidate travelling to UK hotels for meetings when required.
What will I be doing?
The role will support in all areas of HR operations including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning, Development, and Field Operation by analysing data and presenting insight, understanding and supporting internal people policies, researching the external market, coordinating projects and improving communications across the region. The role requires strong analytical skills experience using MS Power BI and Excel skills.
Examples of the activities included in the role are:
- Support the team in collating, validating and analysing key HR workforce data to provide insights to the business and assist in decision making.
- Maintain our HR workforce data dashboard tool, lead on reporting of key HR metrics for leadership and other internal stakeholders, and support HR teams on data queries.
- Provide hands-on support and coordinate activities in relation to HR projects, engaging with key internal/external stakeholders, as needed i.e. HR teams, payroll, and finance.
- Support the team on the design and analysis of compensation plans, modelling different scenarios and making recommendations on improvements as well as assisting in the development of plan documentation to ensure proper governance and positive team member (employee) experience
What are we looking for?
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to extract and present relevant data and statistics in a user-friendly way to convey a key message
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to set and keep to project deadlines
- Ability to work with the business both directly and through close relationships with HR colleagues demonstrating the ability to influence where needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and comprehensible form to all levels of stakeholders, working effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities with minimal supervision
- High degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
Experience needed
- Experience within an analytical field
- Experience using MS Power BI
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Comfortable using MS Word / PowerPoint / Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills
