What will the role involve as our HR Data Analyst?
As an experienced data analyst, you will contribute to better decision-making, workforce planning, and improved business performance. You will support workforce planning, reporting, analysis, and strategic planning. Your insights will guide HR and the business in addressing complex challenges and delivering the right talent at the right time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting workforce planning and forecasting
- Providing workforce reporting, analysis, and insights
- Contributing to strategic workforce planning
- Supporting key enablers for change management and cost management
- Assisting with business unit reviews and data-driven insights
- Sharing knowledge and guiding HR and business unit teams
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in IT and data management tools, stakeholder management abilities, and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines are essential.

Key Requirements:
- Experience analyzing complex datasets and providing meaningful insights
- Previous experience in HR, Workforce Management, HR PMO, or HR Change & Transformation roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in IT systems, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Clear and concise communication abilities
- Attention to detail and high standards of work presentation
