We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join a global Financial Services business and support the EMEA employee base from their London office.
This will initially be a 3 months contract, with possibility of extension or permanent hire. Hourly rate will depend on experience, going up to around £20/h.
The role is based in central London (Liverpool Street area), with flexibility of remote work 3 days a week.
This is an urgent requirement and candidates must be able to start within the next month.
As a HR Coordinator you will join a global HR Department and take responsibility over HR related queries and requests coming from EMEA, providing assistance and redirecting when necessary. You will closely collaborate with other HR departments (incl. Payroll, C&B, Learning) to ensure smooth HR transactions and consistent end-to-end employee support, from onboarding to development, retention and offboarding. HR transactions are managed through Workday, so this is a great opportunity to gain exposure to one of the main Cloud HRIS in the market.
The business is going through a large HR Transformation programme, making this a good time to join the company and play a key role in the success of the HR Department.
HR Coordinator – 3 months contract – Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within an international organisation
- Outstanding knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Workday experience is a strong plus
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or similar fields
- Availability to start as soon as possible
