TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs from 60+ countries and 100+ leagues are currently using the platform.
We are hiring for a newly created role, joining our growing People team. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support that facilitates the smooth running of the HR Department.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting new hire orientations, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle employee queries and provide support in areas such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with employee performance management processes, including probationary reviews, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize training and development initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping records.
- Assist with some office management and housekeeping duties
- Undertake other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Who you are:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced generalist HR role.
- A desire to make an impact within the business and build solid relationships
- Ability to form relationships and become a respected and trusted partner
- An eye for detail
- Strong skills and experience with the G-Suite
- Personio knowledge advantageous
