Job description

Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
- Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
