Overbury and Morgan Lovell are looking for an HR Coordinator London – West End

The purpose of this role is to support the two HR Business Partners with the running of HR processes which aid the management of the employee life-cycle. This will be for all the divisions within Overbury and Morgan Lovell.
HR role expectations:
- Maintain employee personnel files on the HR Database (Cascade)
- Production of employment offers for new starters and collation of all new starter paperwork to ensure legal compliance prior to start date
- Upkeep and maintenance of the HR database with new starter information, leavers and ad-hoc employee changes
- Coordinate exit interviews for leavers and log outcomes of interviews on the related tracker
- Draft general HR letters and paperwork as required by the HR Business Partners (e.g., salary changes, promotions, transfers, sabbaticals, etc.)
- Coordination of additional security checks and background vetting required for specific client projects
- Upkeep and maintenance of the E-Learning LMS system, including issuing all compliance training modules to new starters
- Assist with general queries relating to PQQs and tenders
- Annual policy updates
- Ad-hoc HR administration
Resourcing support expectations:
- Upload all new vacancies on to the Vacancy website
- Manage vacancy timelines and close down adverts once position has been filled
Project work:
- Wellbeing Support – Ongoing maintenance of the Wellbeing intranet page and related resources and support with coordination of Wellbeing events
- Intranet Page – Ongoing maintenance of the People page on the company intranet
Competencies & Experience:
- Experience in an HR related role or a similar confidential department
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and Adobe. Knowledge of other applications would be beneficial.
- Experience of working with a recognised HR Information Database essential.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management skills, strong organisational skills and flexibility
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Hard working and conscientious
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to balance multiple requirements, complex issues, time frames and personalities
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external contacts
