HR Coordinator
Our HR team work throughout the year to ensure that our employees are supported throughout their time with the company.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to provide an employee-focused service to Consensio Holidays by ensuring efficient and effective HR administration, co-ordinating procedures and facilitating effective internal communications.
This role will be part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) and remote working, the company will assist with office set-up costs and provide you with everything that you need to fulfil your role.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
- Manage the application inbox and assist with shortlisting of candidates.
- To provide timely communication with candidates and arrange first and second-stage interviews.
- To assist with the ongoing management of recruitment campaigns and advertising.
- To send feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner.
Onboarding
- Record new starter details for seasonal employees.
- Setting up new starter folders in company Sharepoint and a regular audit of employee files.
- Distribution of company handbook, uniform guidelines and manuals to all new employees.
- Communication with resort managers for any mid-season new starters.
- To assist with the order and distribution of uniforms at the beginning of the season.
- To be available to assist with employee queries and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate travel planning for employees arriving and leaving resort.
- Verbally confirm bank details for employee payroll.
- Referencing new employees after an offer of employment has been made.
- Track all Pole Emploi candidates and keep an accurate record of candidate feedback.
- Issue confirmation of employment documents to all referenced employees.
Administration
- Assist finance team with research and sourcing of employee uniforms.
- Manage the staff expenses sheet.
- Coordination of company e-training.
- Assist with preparation for the beginning of the season training course with the potential to attend the training course in the French Alps (November 2023).
- Update the company employment webpage, assisted by the Marketing department.
Package
- £15/hour

Applicant Requirements
This role would suit individuals with the following skill set:
- Experience using Microsoft Teams
- Experience using Google Sheets and Forms
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the ski tourism industry
