Our growing HR team are looking for a HR Coordinator to help deliver a first-class employee experience for our organization and teams that allows them to their best work.
This opportunity will allow you to become a key member of the HR team, supporting key processes and activities including providing support on employee queries, MI / reporting, engagement surveys, leaver offboarding, employee check-in/probation assistance and general HR processes. You will also have the opportunity to support team projects including improving operational efficiencies in HR.
About the role
As well as providing outstanding administration to the HR team including HR MI Operations Advisor, HR Business Partners, HR Specialist and Senior HR Managers, you will have key accountabilities such as:
- Responding to general employee HR queries to provide guidance and advice, which may relate to CFC HR policies and procedures, and escalate to senior HR team members as needed
- Assisting in preparing and issuing HR documentation
- Supporting on HR projects
- Working closely alongside the HR MI & Operations Advisor, assist in collating employee/HR data for the creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reporting and MI (e.g. monthly HR update pack for Executive team);
- Managing ad hoc and regular employee engagement surveys, including implementation/configuration, communications, monitoring completion rates and processing engagement data for analysis, troubleshooting and providing any necessary training;
- Supporting employees and managers with system queries and recommend improvements based on feedback;
About you
Here at CFC we are looking for an excellent communicator, who has 1-2 years’ HR administration or coordinator experience ideally within an SME business and a basic understanding of HR.
As a minimum, we are looking for individuals with:
- Competent MS Excel skills, ideally with some experience in extracting, manipulating and analysing HR data and reporting using spreadsheets, graphs and presentations.
- Excellent general IT literacy, including with the MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g. HRiS).
- Excellent administration skills (e.g. online document management) and attention to detail.
- Good planning, organisation and prioritization skills (working to deadlines and payroll cut-offs).
