We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract basis. This role is based in our Upminster office supporting a national portfolio.
Previous experience of using HR Information Systems is a must, as a major part of the role will be producing regular & ad-hoc reports and working proactively to use data in support of team objectives & the identification of trends.
Whilst it can be demanding at times, the right candidate for this role will be able to deal and thrive under the pressure of a busy workload. You’ll be forward thinking in terms of HR and systems and be able to keep up with the fast-paced environment and changes within the business as we grow.
- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum requirement
- Ideally you will be of graduate-calibre with a higher educational qualification
You’ll be accurate, detail-orientated, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to work in a stand-alone position and to manage your own diary to support the business needs, successfully prioritising your own workload.
