We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract basis. This role is based in our Upminster office supporting a national portfolio.
About the Job:
Previous experience of using HR Information Systems is a must, as a major part of the role will be producing regular & ad-hoc reports and working proactively to use data in support of team objectives & the identification of trends.
Whilst it can be demanding at times, the right candidate for this role will be able to deal and thrive under the pressure of a busy workload. You’ll be forward thinking in terms of HR and systems and be able to keep up with the fast-paced environment and changes within the business as we grow.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract basis. This role is based in our Upminster office supporting a national portfolio.
.You will be responsible for delivering a full range of HR administration & advisory services, and therefore previous experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a must. You’ll be processing queries, updating our HR system with changes, producing the required documentation for colleagues, and processing new starters and leavers, so that all the information is up to date for payroll.

- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum requirement
- Ideally you will be of graduate-calibre with a higher educational qualification

- Salary: up to £28,000
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets.
