Main Responsibilities
Supports various Human Resources processes at the unit/site. This is a well-grounded, middle seasoned level of Human Resources Professional focusing on analysis and assisting managers/employees in resolving issues. This job exercises independent judgment based on both education and experience.
What Skills You Need
- Assists and supports managers and employees in regard to resolving Human Resource issues.
- Supports a number of Human Resource processes/procedures in the major Human Resource areas such as employee relations, the human resource aspects of the unit strategic plan, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, legal compliance and employee communications. May specialize in one or more of these sub-areas.
- Participates in staffing and workforce planning activities such as establishing job requirements, candidate selection and interviewing for various levels of responsibility.
- Counsels and advises management on the interpretation of Human Resource /Company policies and procedures.
- Collects and analyzes information/data to make appropriate decisions.
- Conducts/coordinates delivery of training courses utilizing both internal and external resources to provide tools to meet needs. Typically certified to deliver a variety of Deere approved courses.
- Participates in and/or leads projects to achieve the unit/site Human Resource strategic and tactical goals.
- Knowledge in labor relations.
- English Level: Proficient

- Skill in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and training.
- HR principles and procedures in such areas as employee/labor relations compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, employee communications and legal and corporate compliance.

Education
Degree in: Human Rosources, Psicology, Business administration or related field.
