A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new HR Communications Business Partner for Airbus in the UK.

Airbus UK is seeking to increase engagement with its 6,000 strong workforce and believes that positive communication and engagement with employees helps to create a sense of belonging. This new role will play an integral part in increasing employee connection and understanding on key people-related topics.

Working closely with the UK HR Leadership Team and Centres of Expertise (Social Policy and Industrial Relations, Reward, Develop…) the successful applicant will operate as local expert for all HR communication-related matters towards employees and help to shape the UK employee engagement plan.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Define, coordinate and implement the UK HR Communication plan, including messaging and content to ensure key goals are achieved

  • Work closely with the internal communications channels owners to issue content through a clearly defined and harmonised plan

  • Act as HR internal focal point for the business and communications team in terms of all HR communication matters

  • Organise and host engagement sessions on key HR topics including weblives, drop in sessions, breakfast meetings or other formats

  • Drive alignment and consistency across all HR messages in the frame of agreed company key messages, always in coordination with the HR community, the Communications team and the business

  • Content creation and support for all HR-related communications to the business

  • Liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders including UK Communications and global Corporate HR Communications teams, UK HR Leadership Team, HR Centre of expertise managers or UK focal points and Airbus UK leadership and support functions

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant communications (internal, external) experience in a corporate setting

  • Proven experience in delivering successful communications campaigns
