Other responsibilities will include:
- Managing new start process - including offers and vetting
- Processing any role or salary changes and keeping the HR system up to date
- Managing sickness and holiday records
- Looking after HR inbox and responding to queries or escalating where required
- Helping out the Talent team with sourcing potential candidates
- Assisting with our employee benefits and wellbeing programs
- Have strong admin skills
- Have previous experience in an HR role or similar
- Are able to spin lots of plates and manage a varied workload
- Have top notch Microsoft Office skills
