What you'll be doing::

You will be the first point of contact for all employee queries and managing processes for current employees, new starts and leavers. This is an integral role in the People & Talent team and you will also support the wider team with reporting and other tasks.

Other responsibilities will include:

Managing new start process - including offers and vetting
Processing any role or salary changes and keeping the HR system up to date
Managing sickness and holiday records
Looking after HR inbox and responding to queries or escalating where required
Helping out the Talent team with sourcing potential candidates
Assisting with our employee benefits and wellbeing programs

We want to hear from you if you::

Have strong admin skills
Have previous experience in an HR role or similar
Are able to spin lots of plates and manage a varied workload
Have top notch Microsoft Office skills
