Job summary

The HR Change Manager will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the implementation of NS&I’s new organisation design. The HR Change Manager must have a deep understanding of HR principles, strong project management skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job description

Organisational Design and Job Evaluation:

  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation to align roles and responsibilities with the institution's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders to design efficient and effective organizational structures that promote collaboration, clarity, and accountability.
  • Ensure that job descriptions, reporting lines, and workflow processes are documented

Change Management and Communication:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions throughout the implementation process.
  • Create and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the new design, progress, and key milestones.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating their understanding and engagement in the process.

Planning:

  • Develop and Implement a plan for the new organisation design, including defining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation

Project Implementation and Evaluation:

  • Oversee the implementation of the new organisation design, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior leadership and other relevant committees.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others and work across organisational boundaries.
