Location: East Midlands, London & South East (Hybrid working with frequent travel to South East London)
Salary: From £45,000 per annum, plus £5,200 car allowance
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Group HR Team, supporting our FMG Repair Services branches by delivering a professional and proactive strategic HR service that fully supports their business objectives of FMG RS and those of the wider ReddeNorthgate Group.
Working closely with key stakeholders you will be responsible for delivering HR people plans and managing the day-to-day operational aspects of HR within your business area such as; Employee Relations, Performance Management, Absence Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Reward & Recognition in order to develop process and enhance manager capability.
Working across sites in the East of England, London, South east and South west. You will build your understanding of the automotive repair industry and partner with the Regional Managers working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to influence the people agenda and deliver outcomes for the business.
You’ll be part of our wider HR team with customer service embedded at its core and a vision that together we are One HR and while you will primarily support our FMG Repair Services, you will also contribute to the strategic development of the Group HR function by delivering and implementing ad-hoc group wide projects.

You’re great at working on multiple projects from brief to completion, while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by being totally ‘on it’.

Salary- Starting salary from £45,000 plus £5,200 car allowance and annual bonus.

About you:
- You have a pragmatic approach, with people at the heart of everything that you do, and your customer service ethos will guide you.
- You’ll have strong influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You’ll have analytical, systems and design thinking with an ability to measure impact of interventions across the business to identify return on investment and benefit realisation.
- You’ll be prepared to provide constructive challenge and able to deal straightforwardly and honestly with challenging situations
- You’ll be adept at objectively analysing and evaluating multiple sources of evidence to create insight, identifying sources of bias, trends, themes and connections
- You’ll have demonstrable experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition and talent development, delivering people strategies and implementing action plans
- With proven knowledge of people development, recruitment and employee relations, you’ll be able to demonstrate current advances in people and culture change
- Preferably a Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel & Development.
